The Sigma Nu house was originally built in 1938 and rebuilt in 1976. Though seemingly large on the outside, this two-story house only houses 23 residents in spacious rooms. The house also features a kitchen, dining room, living room, lowered conversation room with fireplace, and a small meeting room.
