The Director of Clairmont Campus oversees the Residence Life & Housing staff working on Clairmont Campus. The Director reports to the Director of Residence Life, and serves as a supervisor to the Area Director for Clairmont Campus, the Graduate Occupancy Manager, the Senior Secretary for Clairmont Campus, the Community Office Secretary, and the Community Managers. The Director is a representative of the Vice President for Campus Life and serves as a campus representative during emergencies.

The Area Director oversees the Community Assistants and Programming Assistants. The Area Director reports to the Director of Clairmont Campus. S/he addresses undergraduate student concerns and serves as a liaison between undergraduate residents of Clairmont and the Director of Clairmont Campus.

The senior secretary is responsible for reception and administrative matters in the Clairmont Campus Community Office, is the contact person for Space Reservations, and helps on special projects as assigned.

The Assistant Director of the Student Activity and Academic Center (SAAC) is responsible for all aspects of managing the SAAC, including programming, space reservations, membership policies, facilities upkeep, and all staffing. The Assistant Director supervises the Operations Manager, the Facilities Manager, the Program Specialist and the student staff, and shares supervision of the Accountant.

The Operations Manager of the Student Activity and Academic Center (SAAC) is responsible for managing the Information Desk at the SAAC. He oversees all membership information, space reservations, merchandise sales, and publications.

The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating all programming and events at the SAAC. She oversees the fitness classes, personal trainers, and advertising for events.
