Complex Directors serve as supervisors to student staff that work in the residence halls. Complex Directors are representatives of the Vice President for Campus Life and respond to emergency situations involving Emory students.

Complex Directors hold Master’s Degrees in student personnel (or a related field), and are full-time professional staff members.
