Resident Advisors assist students with personal and academic concerns and act as a resource to residents by serving as liaisons between the University and students. They plan and promote hall programs that contribute to the overall education of residents (including group discussions, speakers, and trips to cultural events). Resident Advisors are junior and senior students living on each residence hall floor or wing. These students have been selected carefully for their leadership ability, interpersonal skills, and desire to enhance the residence hall community.
