Residential Computing Consultants (RCCs) are student employees of the Information Technology Division (ITD) that provide support for undergraduate and graduate students living in Emory's residence halls and Clairmont Campus. RCCs are also primarily responsible for the maintenance and support of Emory's residence hall computer labs.

Residential Computing Consultants answer questions about ResNet, work with students to help them connect to the campus network, and help students install software.
