Completed in 2002, the Graduate Residential Center at Clairmont Campus is located in a five-story complex, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom furnished and unfurnished (except three-bedroom) apartments. The apartments have central heat and air-conditioning, and are equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer units, and full bathrooms (one per bedroom). All utilities are included in the rental price.

Note: Beginning Sunday, May 31, 2009, the Graduate Residential Center will no longer house graduate/professional students within this facility. Leases offered for the 2008-2009 academic year will terminate on or before Sunday, May 31, 2009. Applicants/resident should not plan to reside within this housing facility after this date.
