Clairmont Campus Resident Membership

Any full-time undergraduate or graduate student and their tenant(s) listed on the lease of the Undergraduate Residential Center, Graduate Residential Center, or The Tower is provided a membership to the Student Activity & Academic Center at no additional charge. The tenant(s) must provide documentation of residency from the Clairmont Campus Community Office located on the 1st Floor of The Tower apartments.
Any guests (faculty in resident, visiting faculty/scholars, international students, etc.) residing in the Undergraduate Residential Center, Graduate Residential Center, or The Tower are required to pay a pro-rated faculty/staff fee for their membership. They can purchase a pro-rated faculty/staff membership Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm. Guests may need to visit the Emory Card office at 214-E Dobbs University Center between the hours of Monday through Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm, or the International Student & Scholar Program at 130 North Decatur Building between the hours of Monday through Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm in order to validate access to the facility.

Membership Types
Annual
Annual Memberships are valid from the date of purchase through the beginning of the 13th month of the following year (example: when purchasing a membership on December 19, 1981 the expiration date will be January 1, 1983 of the following year). This membership also includes a seasonal membership to the Woodruff Physical Education Center Olympic Pool from the dates of November 2nd through March 31st. The Woodruff Physical Education Center Olympic Pool passes are distributed to members on or after November 1st at the Student Activity & Academic Center Information Desk.

Swim
Swim memberships are valid from April 1st through November 1st. It provides access to the entire Student Activity & Academic Center amenities during the pool season.

Summer
Summer Memberships are valid from May 15th through Labor Day. It provides access to the entire Student Activity & Academic Center amenities during the summer season.

Additional Information

• Members are permitted to bring 3 guests per visit ($5.00 per guest) and they must sign the guest waiver form
• Children under the age of 12 do not need a handscan
