Membership Extension

Membership Options
The membership extension form allows members to extend their current summer extended or summer memberships. Membership extensions are available from August 15 through December 31.

Please Note:
Facility hours change after Emory University's fall semester begins and swimming pool hours change after Labor Day. These changes can be found by clicking on the 'hours' link to left of this page.

Membership Types
Summer to Summer Extended:
This membership extends the current summer membership (expires Labor Day) to a swim membership (expires November 1).

Summer to Annual:
This membership extends the current summer membership (expires Labor Day) to an annual membership from the original date of the summer membership purchase (example: if the member purchased a summer membership on February 16, 1982 and then extended to an annual membership; the new annual membership would expire on March 1, 1983).

Summer Extended to Annual:
This membership extends the current swim membership (expires Labor Day) to an annual membership from the original date of the swim membership purchase (example: if the member purchased a swim membership on February 16, 1982 and then extended to an annual membership; the new annual membership would expire on March 1, 1983).

Additional Information

  • Members are permitted to bring 3 guests per visit ($5.00 per guest) and they must sign the guest waiver form
  • Children under the age of 12 do not need a handscan
  • Lost ID charge - A replacement SAAC ID carries a charge of $25. If you lose your ID report it to the front desk and a replacement ID will be made within 3 business days.
