The 14-Visit Pass Card is designed for patrons that are stretched for time and do not use the Student Activity & Academic Center (SAAC) on a consistent basis. Patrons can purchase an unlimited number of 14-Visit Pass Cards which do not expire. Similar to SAAC members, patrons with 14-Visit Pass Cards have access to the entire facility. Each patron is also allowed to bring guests on their 14-Visit Pass Card—each guest will cost one ‘check’ on the pass.
Terms and Conditions
Each patron will be asked to sign the guest waiver form each time they enter the facility and a ‘check’ will be placed on their card to indicate a visit has been used.
Guests are allowed, but each guest over the age of two will receive a ‘check’ on the 14-Visit Pass.
Guest must be 16 years of age or older to be at the SAAC. Less than 16 years of age must have a guardian 18 years old or older with them at all times.
All 14-Visit Pass members and their guests must abide by all SAAC regulations.
The SAAC will not replace any lost cards or issue refunds.
The SAAC will allow 2 “forgotten” pass entries at $10.00 per entry.
In the event of inclement weather, if you are here less than 15 minutes, the front desk will issue you a guest pass but no monetary refund at the SAAC front desk.
