The Student Activity & Academic Center is the central hub for student services on the Clairmont Campus. The Student Activity & Academic Center delivers student postal packages, assists with lockouts on the Clairmont Campus, and participates in the Bike Emory share program.
Learning Programs is located in Room 310 on the 3rd floor of the Student Activity & Academic Center.
Learning Programs is the unit of the Office for Undergraduate Education that provides a variety of sources of academic support to Emory College undergraduates. These programs include individualized and small group tutoring, collaborative learning groups facilitated by peers, science mentoring, consultations and workshops.
Bike Emory, in conjunction with Fuji Bikes and Bicycle South, is supplying free bikes at the Student Activity & Academic Center. If you want to get across campus quickly, simply sign out the bike with your Emory ID at one of the locations and return it to any bike share location on campus. If you are a resident living on the Clairmont Campus please follow the protocol listed below:
- Monday through Friday - 8:00pm until 8:00am (Page the on-call Resident Advisor at 404-686-5500)
- Monday through Friday - 8:00am until 5:00pm (Visit the Clairmont Community Office in the 1st Floor of the Tower)
- Monday through Friday - 5:00pm until 8:00pm (Visit the Student Activity & Academic Center Information Desk)
- Saturday & Sunday - 8:00am until 8:00pm (Visit the Student Activity & Academic Center Information Desk)
- Saturday & Sunday - 8:00pm until 8:00am (Page the on-call Resident Advisor at 404-686-5500)
Pager Instructions: Dial the pager number (404-686-5500) using the area code. When prompted enter the pager ID number: 18878 is CRC, 18879 is URC, and 18880 is Tower. Then enter your ten-digit phon number (including area code), hit the pound (#) key, and hangup. Stay close to the phone from which you called. The on-call Resident Advisor will return your call within 15 minutes. Please wait a full 15 minutes before calling the pager a second time.
Please remember there is a $10.00 charge for three or more lockouts per semester. Any lockout occuring between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00am will result in an automatic $10.00 charge.
