The Student Activity & Academic Center is the central hub for student services on the Clairmont Campus. The Student Activity & Academic Center delivers guests' postal packages, assists with lockouts on the Clairmont Campus and provides vacuums and dollies for students.
Academic Advising & Support has an office located in Room 310 on the 3rd floor of the Student Activity & Academic Center.
Learning Programs is the unit of the Office for Undergraduate Education that provides a variety of sources of academic support to Emory College undergraduates. These programs include individualized and small group tutoring, collaborative learning groups facilitated by peers, science mentoring, consultations and workshops. The main office is in White Hall.
If you are a resident living on the Clairmont Campus please follow the protocol listed below:
- Monday through Friday - 8:00pm until 8:00am (Call the on-call Resident Advisor at: CRC: 404-275-0603, Tower: 404-276-2779, URC: 404-275-1326)
- Monday through Friday - 8:00am until 5:00pm (Visit the Clairmont Community Office in the 1st Floor of the Tower)
- Monday through Friday - 5:00pm until 8:00pm (Visit the Student Activity & Academic Center Information Desk)
- Saturday & Sunday - 8:00am until 8:00pm (Visit the Student Activity & Academic Center Information Desk)
- Saturday & Sunday - 8:00pm until 8:00am (Call the on-call Resident Advisor at: CRC: 404-275-0603, Tower: 404-276-2779, URC: 404-275-1326)
On-Call Instructions: The on-call Resident Advisor will return your call within 15 minutes. Please wait a full 15 minutes before calling a second time.
Please remember there is a $10.00 charge for three or more lockouts per semester. Any lockout occuring between the hours of 12:00am and 9:00am will result in an automatic $10.00 charge.
If you are a resident living on the Clairmont Campus please use the following information.
Faculty In-Resident or Guest:
- United States Postal Service, UPS and Fed Ex packages may be retrieved at the Student Activity & Academic Center Information Desk
- The Student Activity & Academic Center does not accept packages for outbound mail service
Undergraduate Student:
- All mail and packages will be located in your mailbox at the Dobbs University Center
- The Student Activity & Academic Center does not accept packages for outbound mail service
