Student Activity & Academic Center
Personal Fitness Training The Student Activity & Academic Center is lucky to have a Jenny Lehigh as our Fitness and Wellness Program Coordinator. She will be conducting our personal training. She recently finished her Master’s in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health and Fitness Promotion at Georgia State University. Her Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition is from Montana State University. Jenny has done personal training, conducted fitness assessments, and taught group fitness at Georgia State as well as the Billings Family YMCA. She is certified as a Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and as a Group Exercise Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Jenny will be teaching the Tuesday 6pm Cardio Boot Camp and the Wednesday 6pm HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)/Absolution classes at the SAAC.
