Completed in 2002, the Graduate Residential Center at Clairmont Campus is located in a five-story complex, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom furnished and unfurnished (except three-bedroom) apartments. The apartments have central heat and air-conditioning, and are equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer units, and full bathrooms (one per bedroom). All utilities are included in the rental price.

Beginning Sunday, May 31, 2009, the Graduate Residential Center will no longer house graduate/professional students within this facility. Leases offered for the 2008-2009 academic year will terminate on or before Sunday, May 31, 2009. Applicants/resident should not plan to reside within this housing facility after this date.

Briarcliff at Sage Hill: Beginning August 2009, Campus Apartments Inc. will open graduate/professional student housing ina new facility located on briarcliff Road at Sage Hill (accessible by free shuttle to campus).
