Reservation Fee

To complete your reservation, you are required to submit a $300 reservation fee. Currently, reservation fees should be submitted by check or money order (made out to Emory University) only. We will only accept cash in person; please do not send cash through the mail.

Reservation fees are credited to your student account after you take occupancy; typically in the month of October. Please note that the reservation fee is forfeited if you do not occupy the apartment.
