Clairmont Campus Residents
Residents of Clairmont Campus should follow the directions outlined here for maintenance issues or concerns.

President Park Residents
The Campus Services department of Facilities Management handles maintenance requests in all of our residential facilities.

Maintenance requests may be called into the President Park Apartments office at 404.325.4193 or by sending an email message to presidentpark@learnlink.emory.edu. Whichever method you choose to communicate your maintenance request is up to you and, in addition to the maintenance request, we ask that you also provide your name, a phone number at which we can reach you, and your apartment and bedroom.

After Hours and Weekend Maintenance for PRESIDENT PARK Residents
If you have a maintenance request that occurs after the office has closed for the day, please send a message to presidentpark@learnlink.emory.edu or leave a message with the office at 404.325.4193.

If an emergency maintenance situation arises after hours, we ask that you please contact Emory University's Facilities Management Customer Service at 404.727.7463. This number should only be used in situations such as a broken water pipe, smell of gas in the air, and other similar emergency issues.
