Rates below reflect monthly rates per bedroom in a shared apartment. Monthly
rent is inclusive with no additional charge for utilities, cable or ethernet.
The Lease cycle runs from June through May of the following year, with
no changes in the rent structure during that time.

*Please note that if you plan to rent an entire two bedroom apartment, the following
monthly rental rates apply:
2 Bedroom Furnished - $1,620 (for 2 bedrooms)
2 Bedroom Unfurnished - $1,600 (for 2 bedrooms)
We do not offer the option to rent more than one room in a three-bedroom
apartment.
