Community Living: Rights & Responsibilities
As a member of an Emory University apartment community, you have certain rights and responsibilities. The Office of Residence Life & Housing has established certain rules and standards to ensure the best possible living conditions for its residents. As a student living in the apartments at Clairmont Campus or President Park, you have the responsibility to adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, as well as University and Housing regulations and policies. By signing a Graduate Lease Agreement, you agree to abide by these policies. Guidelines have been established to promote the development of an environment that is suitable for the total education of everyone involved. When these laws or policies are violated, the University is obligated to take action. |
