During the academic year, if you are receiving packages via Federal Express, UPS, or any other shipping company other than the U.S. Postal Service, address the package to:

Packages will be delivered to the Clairmont Campus Community Office and the recipient will be notified via a voice mail message when the package(s) arrive.

Packages sent via the US Postal Service will be delivered to your mailbox in the Student Activity and Academic Center (SAAC). Any packages that do not fit in your mailbox will be put in package boxes located next to the graduate mailboxes. Packages that are too big for those boxes are brought to the Community Office and residents are notified via a voice mail message.

Packages may be picked up in the Community Office during office hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday through Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are shipping items to yourself before you arrive on campus, please ship them so they will arrive within one week of your arrival. The Community Office will hold packages for incoming resident but not for longer than 1-2 weeks prior to resident lease start date.
