Students interested in living in the Graduate Residential Center at Clairmont Campus can apply for housing through our online application process. The process is designed to give students greater convenience and flexibility in selecting an apartment. Follow the links to the left to learn more about how to select housing for your next year at Emory.
Before you apply, you may want to review the different types of Apartments at Clairmont Campus, and look over the lease agreement. You can apply prior to being accepted into a graduate program. However, only
confirmed full-time Emory graduate students will be able to occupy an apartment.
You
may reserve an apartment by submitting a nonrefundable reservation fee, which
will hold the apartment. Once you take occupancy of the apartment, the reservation
fee will be applied to your bursar account. If for some reason you do not enroll
at Emory and/or occupy the apartment, the reservation fee is forfeited.
