Clairmont Campus Housing Eligibility

Clairmont Campus Housing is available to full-time enrolled graduate and professional students. Eligible graduate students and professional students may be single or married, and their partners and dependents are welcome. Limited space may be available for medical residents and people involved in postdoctoral work. Non-enrolled applicants must submit a University Sponsor form and be approved before reserving housing.

New assignment priority for available apartments within graduate/professional student housing for the 2008-2009 academic year is as follows:

1. Incoming international students
2. Students with special needs as verified throuogh the Office of Disability Services
3. New graduate/professional student applicant

Within these groups, priority is based on requested occupying month and date: asignments for May will be made first, followed by June, and so forth.

Graduate students must carry a minimum of ten hours per semester in order to qualify for housing in the Apartments at Clairmont Campus. When a student graduates, ceases to register as a full-time student, or achieves faculty status, his/her eligibility for student housing ceases.
