U.S. Mail sent to graduate students is delivered to designated mailboxes on Clairmont Campus. Your mail should be addressed as follows:

At the start of each semester, when a significant turnover of students takes place, a number of new residents report receiving previous tenants’ mail. The only remedy for this is adequate time for the forwarding order to take effect. Even then, bulk rate mail and mail addressed to persons whose forwarding orders have expired continue to be delivered to the wrong persons. If you receive mail bearing someone else’s name and your apartment address, draw a single line through the address lines only (not the name) and write “not at this address” on the envelope, then place the piece of mail in the box labeled “misdelivered or unknown mail.” To help deliver the correct mail, place a note inside your mailbox which reads:
