	Cable, Phone, Ethernet Cable and Ethernet services are provided at no additional charge. Phone service may be requested at an additional charge of $5.00 per month. There is one phone, cable, and Ethernet connection in each apartment. Additional ports or expanded cable service can be contracted individually by each resident through ComCast. Phone: Phone service may be requested at an additional charge of $5.00 per month. Service includes local telephone, domestic long distance and voice mail. Only one line per apartment; residents must bring their own phone. Cable: Basic cable service is provided in every apartment at no additional charge. Residents must bring their own TV and connector. 	Deposit A $200 security deposit is required for non-student residents of President Park. Enrolled graduate students do not have to submit a security deposit. » BACK TO TOP

	Laundry President Park has two large laundry rooms, equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. Washer/dryer hook-ups are available in most two-bedroom units. » BACK TO TOP
	Parking Residents of President Park may park at the President Park complex free of charge. All resident vehicles should be registered however, through the Management Office and thereafter adhere to all policies related to parking. » BACK TO TOP
