The Apartments at President Park are available to full-time enrolled
graduate and professional students, faculty and staff. Eligible
applicants may
be single or married, and their partners and dependents are welcome.
Limited space may be available for medical residents and people
involved in postdoctoral work; however, priority is given to full-time graduate
and professional students.
Graduate students should carry a minimum of ten hours per semester in order to
qualify for housing at President Park. When a tenant's affiliation with Emory
University terminates (i.e. graduation, completion of position, etc.) his/her
eligibility for President Park housing ceases.
