President Park Rates
2009-2010 Rates
Rates below reflect monthly rates per bedroom in a shared apartment. Monthly rent does not include electricity which is billed separately*. The Lease cycle runs from June through May of the following year, with no changes in the rent structure during that time.

2 Bedroom/1 bathroom Unfurnished - $529
2 Bedroom/2 bathroom Unfurnished - $552
3 Bedroom/2 bathroom Unfurnished - $412

The following monthly rates are per full apartment:

1 Bedroom/1 bathroom Unfurnished - $926
2 Bedroom/1 bathroom Unfurnished - $1,058
2 Bedroom/2 bathroom Unfurnished - $1,104
3 Bedroom/2 bathroom Unfurnished - $1,236

* President Park residents are required to pay separate electricity at a flat rate per month. The following rates for 2008-2009 apply:

1 Bedroom/1 bathroom Unfurnished - $75
2 Bedroom/1 bathroom Unfurnished - $110 (or $55 per roommate)
2 Bedroom/2 bathroom Unfurnished - $110 (or $55 per roommate)
3 Bedroom/2 bathroom Unfurnished - $135 (or $45 per roommate)

Phone service may be elected at an additional charge of $11 per month.
