President Park Apartments, located just off campus on Clairmont Road, offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom unfurnished apartments for Emory graduate students, faculty and staff. The apartments have central heat and air-conditioning, and are equipped with a full kitchen and full bathrooms.

Note: All lease terms shall cease on May 31, 2010. Leases offered for the 2009-2010 academic year will terminate on or before Friday, May 30, 2010. Applicants/residents shall not reside within this housing facility after this date.

Briarcliff at Sage Hill: Beginning August 2009, Campus Apartments Inc. will open graduate/professional student housing ina new facility located on briarcliff Road at Sage Hill (accessible by free shuttle to campus).
