Bridging Academics, Service, and Ethics at EmoryDeveloped by key faculty members, BASE fosters an environment in which "students and faculty can live and learn together, integrating their academic, extracurricular, and other activities in an intentional and ethical fashion" at Clairmont Campus. BASE is co-sponsored by the Emory Scholars Program, the Emory Center for Ethics, and Science and Society. Students who apply to be in this program are exposed to monthly dinners with distinguished faculty, living in close proximity to a faculty/staff member who can help guide their intellectual pursuits, volunteering opportunities, and more!
Applications for BASE are accepted in the early spring prior to housing selection. To learn more about BASE, please visit the BASE website!
