Especially for Parents

Global Cultures: Bringing the World to Emory is a living-learning community developed specifically for first-year students at Emory University, and is being piloted in Dobbs Hall for 2009-2010. The premise of this program is to allow students to actively explore the different meanings of “global cultures” through Residence Life programs and Emory College classes. Throughout the year, students will be given the opportunity to interact not only with their peers, but also with faculty members, Emory alumni, and other prominent community leaders.
