The only absolute charges associated with undergraduate housing
are: 1) rent - the cost for the living space which is inclusive
(rent, utilities, and internet access), billed by semester and
2) meal plan - all campus residents
are required to have a meal plan.
Additional fees/fines
may be assessed for such items as damages, lost keys
or improper check-out.
Fraternity and sorority members may anticipate
additional fees as determined by each chapter.
Please check with your chapter regarding
what those items may be and any associated costs.
