The Office of Residence Life & Housing assigns housing for all first-year students. Assignments are made based
on the building and room configuration preferences you listed and availability.
The Office makes a concerted effort to create diversity in all of our halls.
Thus, we do not make assignments based on a student’s preference for a
particular residence hall and are unable to accept requests for specific
residence halls.
