After you have completed your housing application
and have indicated any roommate preferences - please
note the May 28 deadline - the Office of Residence
Life & Housing will make housing assignments for all first-year students. First-year
housing assignments will be made between June 1 and June 24. Starting Friday, June 25 you will be able to
view your housing
assignment and roommate information on your MyHousing
page. Note: We will load assignments through the day on the 25th so do not expect to see your assignment immediately.
We will do our best to
fulfill requests concerning the type of hall
to which you have been assigned. If you are not satisfied
we hope you will approach the situation with a
positive attitude. A great majority of people love
their freshman hall experience
regardless
of which building they live in.
Typically, because
of the size of the first-year class, we are not able
to accommodate room changes
over the summer. You may submit a room change
request through your MyHousing web page
but please know that does not guarantee we will be able
to make a change.
