STEP 1: Apply for Housing
Your first step to securing housing is to complete the on-line housing application.

Second-Year Students:
You should see and select the application type 2013-14 Fall/Spg Atlanta Campus Second-Year Student.

All second-year students, regardless of what housing is chosen, are required to complete the SYE registration form. You will not be able to select housing until this registration is complete. If you have not already completed the SYE registration, please take a few minutes to complete it here.

Third- and Fourth-Year Students:
You should see and select the application type 2013-14 Fall/Spg Atlanta Campus Third or Fourth-Year Student.

All Students:
Submitting a housing application does not obligate you to live in housing. If after completing the application you find that you will not need on-campus housing (transferring, withdrawing, etc.), please contact us at housing@emory.edu and let us know you wish to withdraw your application. Once you have a housing assignment, you will have 24-hours in which to cancel; after the 24-hour period, you are obligated to live on campus for the full academic year.

On the application, you will be asked to indicate a room type (double, apartment, etc.) and specific building preference. Please enter Sorority or Fraternity housing as your first preference.

Complete the application form with the requested information. When you have completed the form, be sure to click the submit button at the bottom of the screen.

After you submit your application, your MyHousing page will summarize the information that you provided. You may make changes to your application as often as you wish from MyHousing, but please note that changes are not considered after an application period unless you directly notify the Office of Residence Life & Housing.

Greek housing is assigned manually by housing staff based on the house rosters submitted by the sorority/fraternity. Please speak with your chapter concerning the procedures for securing a house assignment.

Selecting a Meal Plan
You will not select a meal plan on the housing application. Meal plans will be selected on your MyHousing page; please watch for an email from Dining Services indicating when meal plan selection period is open. As a resident of on-campus housing, you are required to have a meal plan. Fraternity residents will have the option to select university Meal Plan Z ($0) if an in-house meal plan is available.
