If you have a vacancy in your room or apartment, you should anticipate one of three actions: (1) a student will select the vacancy during a selection period , (2) a student will be assigned to that space, (3) you may be consolidated to another space within the building; assignments/changes can be made at any time.
You should never
expect that a vacancy will not be filled.
If you have someone who would like to change to a vacancy
in your room or apartment, please have that person submit
a room change request.
