Reservations for spaces described in the “Reservable Spaces at
Clairmont Campus” list may be made NO MORE than 60 days
in advance and NO LESS than 7 days in advance.
To make a reservation, fill out the “Space Reservation Request” form
and turn it in at the Community Office. To fill out this form, you must
know the DATE of your event, the NUMBER of guests, and the ACCOUNT NUMBER
of your university sponsor (7 digit student EMPL ID number OR 10 digit
departmental/student organizational account code with sub-code (X-XXXXX-XXXX).
Your reservation request will be processed and you will be notified
via email or letter if your request has been granted by the Director
of Clairmont Campus or his/her designee. Until you receive written
notification, your reservation is NOT confirmed.
Under no circumstances may any group continue to use any Clairmont
Campus space after midnight without explicit, written permission
from the Director of Clairmont Campus or his/her designee. Failure
to comply with this regulation may result in additional fees, restrictions
on future space usage, and possible judicial action.
