Request Form
This form should be filled out and submitted to the Clairmont Community Office for staging needs within the Clairmont Campus Reservable Spaces 7 days prior to the event.
The Office of Residence Life & Housing provides the set-up and take-down of the tents at a charge of $150 per tent. If you use two tents and your event is on the Brick Pavers the total cost will be reduced to $400.
