By making a plan, you will avoid having to retake courses or piling on difficult courses all in one semester.

• Continuing to meet with your PACE advisor from your first year.
• Meeting with your new major advisor once you declare a major.
• Work with offices like CIPA or the Career Center for advice on how classes you take might apply to future opportunities like Study Abroad or professional options.
