Health Mini Courses
Student Health and Counseling Services provides a series of prgorams to interested students in order to convey information on subjects related to their health and wellbeing. Several of these topics include:
Sleep Well
Learn about the importance of good sleep, and pick up good tips and strategies to help increase personal and academic success through better sleep.
I <heart> My Vagina
For women only, this class teaches up-to-date information on female sexuality and seeks to help all women who want to learn about sexuality in a fun, safe, and confidential setting.
Meditation for Health
Learn basic mindfulness and meditation techniques, and learn how those techniques can have positive health and wellness benefits in all aspects of life.
Eat Well, Think Well
Explore food choices and study skills, and learn how creating healthier eating habits and better studying techniques can positively impact intellectual performance.
Stress Reduction for the Busy Student
This class explores strategies including reduced negative thinking, increased understanding and perception of resources, and relaxation techniques for participants to develop coping mechanisms for stressful situations and reduce overall stress.
Healthy Relationships
Explore different kinds of healthy relationships and social expectations on campus in order to make healthy decisions about relationships.

SYE Finals Breakfast
Before the start of final exams, SYE provides breakfast for second-year students. This breakfast gives students a valuable opportunity to take a break from studies and eat a meal in order to relax and maximize their performance during finals.
