Second Year at Emory is led by a full-time Area Director (AD) in Residence Life & Housing. The AD is supported by a full-time Complex Director and a part-time RHD-Fellow. A part-time Academic Advisor from Emory College also works directly with SYE. These staff members live on campus in a second-year residence hall.

In addition to this core staff, the following Residence Life & Housing staff members work closely with the SYE program: other full-time Area Directors, part-time Residence Hall Directors (RHDs), and Resident Advisors (RAs). These staff members work to create hall environments that promote engagement, academic success, and comfort.
