Study Abroad

If you wish to study abroad, the Center for International Programs Abroad (CIPA) will be a necessary information resource for you. Students who choose to go abroad typically go for one or two semesters during their junior year. Emory has a number of strong study abroad programs. It is also possible to cross-register with another university in order to attend a non-Emory study abroad program. All non-Emory programs must be approved if you wish to receive course credit.

For information about study abroad programs at Emory, contact the CIPA office at 404.727.2240.

If you are returning from a fall semester abroad and would like to select housing for the Spring semester, click here.

Students who are studying abroad in the spring semester who wish to apply for housing for the upcoming academic year can participate in the selection process via the Internet and are eligible for all processes, except "Same Room," and can be pulled in with another student. Please visit our Housing Selection website for information on the selection processes.
