The Facilities Management division of Campus Services handles maintenance requests in all of our residential facilities. You must use an on-campus computer to be able to access this website. Contact Numbers If you are experiencing an emergency maintenance issue during the hours of 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, you can reach the Resident Assistant on call by pager at 404.742.8814 (GRC and Tower residents) or 404.570.7766 (URC residents). If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency when the Clairmont Community Office is closed and no RA is on call, please contact the Emory Police at 404.727.6111.
