Spring Semester Housing
If you are returning from study abroad, or a leave of absence, or are a new student at Emory (including Oxford Continuees), we would be happy to have you live at Emory in on-campus housing. Please note that if you will be entering or returning as a first- or second-year student, you are required to live in on-campus housing. Please apply for housing by going to your MyHousing page. After logging onto the application, click "Apply for Housing" and indicate you are applying for spring housing by selecting the SPRING 2013 application in the drop-down menu. You may log in to your application to add or change roommates or change answers as needed up until December 14. If you have trouble accessing the Spring 2013 application, please email housinghelp@learnlink.emory.edu. If you have a specific request for where you would like to live such as a room you know someone will be vacating after the fall semester, please email that information directly to housinghelp@learnlink.emory.edu. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests if at all possible. Spring Housing assignments are made based on the spaces that students vacate at the end of the Fall. We work to confirm the number of available housing spaces as early as possible in December; however, specific assignments cannot be made until we process the Fall move-outs. Confirmed housing assignments will be posted to the student's MyHousing page beginning December 27 and on a rolling basis thereafter. You will be given one week to decline the assignment offer. Any assignment offers made after January 2 will be given the standard 24 hours to cancel without penalty. Housing will open on January 13, 2013 at 10 AM for move in. Please plan your travel accordingly as no one will be allowed to move in prior to January 13, 2012. If you have questions about the spring housing process, please feel free to email us at housinghelp@learnlink.emory.edu.
