The Emory University Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee is a research oversight committee charged with the responsibility of ensuring the proper care, use and humane treatment of animals used in research, testing and education. The IACUC also provides assistance to investigators in fulfilling their obligation to plan and conduct animal experiments in accord with the highest scientific, humane and ethical principles.

The Emory University IACUC has changed the Animal On-line Training Program to the Lab Animal Welfare training modules available on the CITI program site. (03/01/08)
