ISSP’s policy for issuing replacement documents to international students and scholars

Effective January 31, 2008: In order to have a replacement I-20 or DS-2019 issued by ISSP, international students and scholars must submit payment to the ISSP office of $15 (cash only).

This policy applies ONLY to replacing lost or misplaced Form I-20s or DS-2019s. These documents are very important, and it is vital that students and scholars keep track of them at all times.

Students and scholars who need new I-20s or DS-2019s issued because all the spaces available for travel signatures on their current documents are full DO NOT need to pay the fee. Likewise, documents issued for CPT authorization, change in major, etc. are not subject to the fee.
