ISSP’s policy for issuing replacement documents to international students and scholars

ISSP has established a policy for replacing lost I-20s or DS-2019 forms of international students and scholars. There is a charge of $20.00 (cash or check made out to Emory University) per request.

Exceptions:

• Students and scholars who need new I-20s or DS-2019s issued because all the spaces available for travel signatures on their documents are full
• Students that have lost their I-20 or DS-2019 but are paying for express shipping will not have to pay an additional $20 for their document.
• Students receiving new I-20s or DS-2019 forms for CPT or OPT authorizations or change in program dates, or name changes.

These documents are very important, and it is vital that students and scholars keep track of them at all times.
