International Stress Relief Event

Do final exams stress you out? Do you feel under pressure? We're here to help!

The International Student and Scholar Program (ISSP) office is planning an International Stress Relief event that will be held on Monday December 18, from 8pm to 10pm, in the Woodruff Residential Center. This event will be open to both undergraduate and graduate students, as well as any interested faculty and staff members.

Come and squeeze one of our stress relief balls, grab some snacks to soothe your mind, and join our educational presentations:

  • 8:00 - 8:30pm - Stress Busters! by Health Education and Promotion
  • 8:30 - 8:50pm - Center for Health, Culture and Society
  • 9:00pm - Guided meditation

And just in case you feel perfectly fine and there's nothing better in the world than the exam week, come and lend an ear to those who don't feel that way. We welcome you to share your ideas how to de-stress and cope in this time of the semester. We'll still let you play with the stress balls and eat the snacks!

Looking forward to seeing you on December 18!
