CHANGES IN EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Changes in Employment ConditionsA change in employment conditions occurs under the following circumstances: lateral transfer; promotion; change in FTE status; or early termination. Lateral Transfer ISSP must be notified in advance and give approval before a lateral transfer may take place. Promotion ISSP must be notified in advance and give approval before a promotion may take place. Change in FTE ISSP must be notified in advance of change. Amendment will need to be filed with USCIS. Early Termination Early termination is defined as cessation of employment more than 30 days before end date of H-1B. ISSP should be notified as soon as possible. |
