Using the Peoplesoft system, much of the necessary information can be submitted electronically. Please follow the instructions below.

Please note: Access to the ISSP functions in Peoplesoft will not be given to the current/prospective international scholars/employees. The hosting department will process the request for them.

• New scholar - New stay at Emory; coming from another US institution or abroad
• Extending the stay and/or amending/correcting the position - current Emory scholar with a J-1 visa
