Using the Peoplesoft system, much of the necessary information can be submitted electronically. Please follow the instructions below.

Please note: Access to the ISSP functions in Peoplesoft will not be given to the current/prospective international scholars/employees. The hosting department will process the request for them.

• New employee or change of status - either has never worked at Emory before and is coming from another US institution or abroad; or has another visa type, such as F or J, may or may not be working at Emory, but is in the US
• Extending the stay and/or amending/correcting the position - current employee; is already at Emory; no visa type change is needed
