I'm a student who signed up for the Emory-sponsored health insurance plan through Aetna Student Health. My bursar account has been billed, but I haven't received my insurance card! How do I get my card?

Good question! The easiest way to request a new card from Aetna Student Health is to call them directly. Their toll-free customer service number is (877) 261-8403. You can also request a card via their online form, found at http://www.aetnastudenthealth.com/stu_conn/student_connection.aspx?
groupID=812808. If you are asked for your ID#, remember that for international students, it is the numbers "444" + your Emory student ID number.
