ISSP’s policy for express mailing documents to international students and scholars

Effective January 31, 2008: In order to have any document express mailed via a guaranteed delivery service, international students and scholars must make arrangements for a courier or express mail service to pick up the document from the ISSP office and have it sent to them. International students and scholars will be responsible for all shipping charges.

If students or scholars choose this option, they must inform the express mailing service they have chosen (e.g., FedEx, DHL) to pick up their document from this address:

These documents include, but are not limited to:

• New or replacement Form I-20s or DS-2019s issued by ISSP
• Employment Authorization Documents (or OPT cards)
• Letters of support

Unfortunately, ISSP has incurred significant shipping charges on behalf of international students and scholars. Because of this, ISSP will not make any arrangements with an express mailing service for international students and scholars. Students and scholars must make these arrangements on their own.
