The role of ISSP

The Office of International Student and Scholar Programs (ISSP) is responsible for the development, coordination, and administration of services and programs designed to assist international students and scholars. ISSP serves as Emory University's official link with the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security. Staff members complete immigration forms as required, update students on changes in immigration law, and file federally-mandated reports.

ISSP staff members are available to help you make the most of your stay in the United States. You should visit the office soon after you arrive at Emory University.
