Department of Homeland SecurityThe Atlanta Field Office of the Department of Homeland Security (also known as the Atlanta District Office) has two locations. Each provides different services and processes specific petitions. Below are the office locations relevant to international students and scholars: Street Address for Deferred Inspections: Atlanta District Office Deferred Inspections are conducted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. If you received a Deferred Inspection Referral when you arrived at the Port of Entry, go to the address listed on the referral for your deferred inspection. If you need to have corrections made to Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record, you can go to the Deferred Inspections office at the Atlanta District office. Street Address for INFOPASS appointments: 2150 Park Lake Drive, Atlanta, GA 30345 INFOPASS appointments: The Atlanta District Office is open to the public between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; and on Friday, the office is open to the public between 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday and on Federal holidays. To speak with an Immigration Officer, please schedule an INFOPASS appointment via the Internet at www.infopass.uscis.gov. A limited number of persons can be seen on a walk-in basis though these visits should be limited to emergencies only. Please note that even with an appointment you may have to wait to see an Immigration Information Officer. If you are concerned about your visa status, please check with our office before going to the DHS office. Often we can answer your questions and help you, saving you some time and energy.
