Most public libraries offer computers with free internet access.
Emory Libraries: After your spouse obtains an Emory ID, you can also use the campus libraries. Emory has many foreign newspapers and magazines. To get your own ID card, go with your spouse to the Woodruff library and you can get one free.
Community Libraries: Public libraries are free to county residents. The largest branch in DeKalb county is in Decatur, near the Decatur MARTA station. They offer many programs and services for children and adults, including English courses and computer access. To get a library care, go to one of the branches and apply.
